1. Who We Are
MJNEXIS SYSTEMS (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is the parent organization and legal operator of MJNEXIS-ERA (Education Resource and Aid). We operate as a specialized provider of Digital Goods and Services, offering independent online learning resources and technical engineering content. We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with any external educational institution. By using our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, purchasing, or using our services, you confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
- Will use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate information (including your date of birth, name, and email) when creating an account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and all activities under your account.
Accounts found to contain false, misleading, or harmful information may be suspended or terminated.
4. Security and Data Protection
- Data Privacy: ERA will not sell user data to third-party organizations.
- Communications: ERA may send automated emails regarding course enrollment or completion. However, we will never send emails asking for personal data.
- Password Resets: You should only receive a password reset email if you explicitly requested it through our platform.
- Identity Verification: If personal details are required for support, it must be initiated by you via our official WhatsApp contact. You may request to speak with a second administrator via our official website contacts to confirm you are speaking with an authorized representative.
- Platform Authenticity: Our official web link is https://eraknust.com. Any changes to this link will be communicated through our existing official platforms. We bear no responsibility for payments made to third parties or via external links.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce and approved gateways. All payments are in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
Prices, fees, and subscriptions may change at our discretion.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; certain digital products may be non-refundable.
We do not authorize any third-party individuals to collect payments on our behalf via personal bank transfers or external links unless explicitly stated on this platform.
Refund Policy
Because digital content are instant can be consumed immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except in the following specific circumstances:
- Erroneous Purchase: A refund request is made within 15 minutes of purchase with notification that a wrong selection was made. This only applies if the user has not accessed the course content yet.
- Content Violations: If an approved course is found to have violations, we may offer a full or partial refund.
- Calculation: Partial refunds are calculated based on enrollment validity: (Number of days remaining / Total subscription days) * Amount paid.
- Course Previews: To ensure satisfaction, we provide previews for course content. Users may request a one-time preview of a specific topic by contacting us before purchasing. Once a preview is provided, no further preview requests for that course will be granted.
6. Rewards and Loyalty Programs
Points, badges, and other rewards (via MyRewards) have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue reward programs at any time.
7. Advertising & Content Use
- Internal Ads: We reserve the right to run advertisements. Our ads are meant to inform. Our ads will primarily focus on new features, upcoming courses, security updates, and opportunities. We will not run promotional ads for other businesses.
- Educational Use: All materials (videos, slides, assignments) are for personal educational use only. Commercial redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
All content, design, and materials (excluding user-generated content) are owned by ERA.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify materials without our permission.
All content on ERA—including courses, videos, slides, assignments, and other materials—is for personal educational use only.
- Assignments and resources may be used for teaching or learning purposes, provided they are distributed free of charge.
- Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or modification of our materials for profit without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Videos, slides, and recorded content may not be shared, copied, or distributed outside the platform.
Any unauthorized commercial use of our materials may result in suspension of your account and we reserve the right to seek legal remedies, including claims for damages, lost profits, and legal costs.
Single-User License: a purchase grants a license for one individual only.
Account Sharing: sharing login credentials to allow multiple people to view digital goods is a violation that leads to immediate termination without a refund.
9. Accounts Deletion
- Account Accuracy: Users must provide accurate information, including name, email, and date of birth.
- Deletion & Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts if we suspect:
- Violation of our policies or community guidelines.
- Malicious behavior or bot-driven registrations.
- Security risks or unauthorized commercial use of materials.
10. Third-Party Services and Plugins
We integrate with third-party tools (e.g., AppMySite, WooCommerce gateways, Hostinger AI services). Your use of these may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
We provide services “as is” and are not responsible for downtime or data loss.
Educational content is for learning purposes and does not constitute official accreditation currently.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the new Terms.
